I started selling my food during the thick of lockdown in 2021. I began selling bagels through DMs on Instagram, and it spiralled from there. I soon added a pastrami box, and then came my idea for a sous-vide burger box. My Burger Boxes are designed to be prepped and finished by my customers, for the highest quality eating experience - within 10 minutes you have a beautiful, finished burger. Take it anywhere!



Each Burger Box comes with two sous vide burger patties made from a blend of short rib and freshly ground chuck. My signature toppings include jammy caramelized onions, housemade special sauce, aged white cheddar cheese and pickles. Served on a buttery brioche bun. Burger patties are fully cooked and intended to be pan-seared prior to eating. Everything you need to prepare your burgers and detailed assembly instructions are provided.


Each Pastrami Box comes with my two-week brined short rib pastrami, smoked low-and-slow to perfection, sauerkraut, horseradish mustard, freshly baked sourdough bagels, and a refreshing pickle spear.
